The One Click Trading feature allows you to open or close a position with just one click. This feature is usually set by default on your MetaTrader, however, if it's not, you can enable it manually. 

Right-click on the chart and choose One Click Trading. 

By enabling this feature, you will now be able to add the number of lots and select BUY or SELL position. The trade will be executed instantly.
