You are able to view the commission charged directly on MetaTrader.

Desktop:

Once you open a trade, you may see the details of your order in the Trade tab on MetaTrader. You may locate the commission charged from there too.

Mobile:

You will need to tap on the Trade tab, then tap on the trade in question.
