To ensure that our e-mails do not end up in your spam or junk folders in your email account, you would need to safelist our email. In doing so, you will prevent any important updates or account information to be misplaced. 

Access your Protonmail account. 

Click Settings on the top right-hand side. 

Click Go to settings.

Click Filters. 

Click Add near the Allow List. 

Insert our email: hivemarkets-no-reply@hivemarkets.io in the space provided.

Click Save.
 

Our email will be listed under the Allow List.
