How to Disable your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) using the Authenticator App Print

2FA is a mandatory security feature on your account. You would need to enable it again with another method or another device in order to have all options available to use on our platform.

Click/Tap Settings.

Click/Tap on the toggle button.

Insert the 6-digit code generated by your Authenticator App in the space provided.

Click/Tap on Disable 2FA.
